Both the Parties (Buyer/Customer & Seller/Dealer) agree that any dispute or claim relating in any way to this agreement with Alba Trading FZC, or to any products or services sold by Alba Trading FZC will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than court.

This Policy applies solely to information collected by us through the Services and does not apply to any third-party activities, including third-party websites linked from our Services, third-party social networking platforms or features we make available through our Services, or third-party ads displayed on our Services. If you are a registered user on AlbaCars app, you may access, update and change certain information we have collected about you by accessing the “My Account” tab after signing into your account on Alba Car.

We think that you benefit from a more personalized experience when we know more about you and your Alba Cars experiences. However, in some cases you can limit the information you provide to us, and you can limit the communications that we send to you.In the Settings section, you may make changes to or delete inaccuracies in your account and change your password, privacy settings, or contact information such as your name, email address, and billing address. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Push Notifications

You will receive Push Notifications published by Alba Cars, however you will have the option to Turn-Off or Turn-On Push Notifications in the settings of the App. You will not receive further push notifications and Alba Cars will not be responsible if you miss important announcement, promotion or reward.

6. How Does AlbaCars Protect the Security of the Personal Information it Collect?
